CADSEA is pleased to welcome Dr. Rujun Gao, Co-Founder and CEO of Encando.AI, for an online Tech Talk exploring the evolution of enterprise AI systems from Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to agentic workflows.
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) has become a core pattern for grounding large language models, but production systems demand more than retrieval alone.
This talk explores the evolution from enterprise RAG to agentic workflows, including planning, tool use, memory, multi-agent orchestration, and continuous evaluation.
It also examines OpenClaw as an example of highly autonomous agent architecture, with a focus on the safety, permission, reliability, and cost-control challenges that emerge at the enterprise level.
Drawing on lessons from Encando.AI, the talk will highlight practical approaches to building agentic systems that are not only capable, but also reliable, controllable, and production-ready.
